What it is
Plugin which provides a notification mechanism to Salt, if Yum is used outside of it.
Installation
Configuration files are going to:
`/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/[name].conf`
Plugin itself goes to:
`/usr/share/yum-plugins/[name].conf`
